Manuela Bosco (b. 1982) is a Finnish-Italian artist, author, mentor, kundalini yogi, and mother of four. A former Olympic hurdler and actress, she now guides others on transformational journeys toward authenticity and purpose.
Manuelas path has included a career in athletics, theatre studies in Rome, and years as a writer and actress. Although she painted throughout her life, it wasn’t until after the birth of her first child in 2014 that she fully embraced her identity as an artist. Since then, she has exhibited widely, selling thousands of works and reaching over one million euros in sales.
She has authored four books, including her latest, Reconnected to Our Nature / Yhteys Luontoomme (Viisas Elämä, 2024), which explores the cycles of creativity, personal growth, and authenticity. She also hosted the podcast Luvattu Maa (The Promised Land), where she discussed spirituality’s role in life and work.
Manuela has led her own businesses for over 15 years and recently launched her year-long mentorship program MAASTERPIECE (2025), focusing on helping others step into their true purpose. She teaches kundalini yoga and leads retreats and courses on living as your most authentic self, guided by the sacred balance of feminine and masculine energy. Passion, playfulness, humor, and beauty are at the core of her philosophy.
Her spiritual journey began after the loss of her father in 2003, which sparked a deep search for truth. Since then, she has studied with leading teachers in fields ranging from shamanism to archetypes, myths, and the Fourth Way. Manuela believes every transformation is a death and a rebirth—an awakening into a more aligned self.
